Who We Are
Phab Life is a charity that provides opportunities for people with disabilities. We are affiliated with the national charity Phab, but focus more on work experience.
Our Mission
Our mission is to expand meaningful work and social opportunities for people with additional needs within the local community.
How we do it
We provide supported volunteering, inclusive employment training, outreach opportunities and social clubs.
Our Locations
The Phabulous Cafe
The Phabulous Cafe is the hub and heart of The Phab Life Charity. Serving breakfast and lunch, this very special cafe based in Leigh-On-Sea, is staffed by our wonderful team of Volunteers and trainees and home to our community events and training programme.
The Phab Shop
The Phab Shop is where it all started. Sitting in the heart of Rayleigh High street, our community charity shop is full of wonderful donations of clothes, home wares, toys and books, staffed by our wonderful team of volunteers.
Our Inclusive Clubs
Do you enjoy arts and crafts? Or do you fancy learning something new?
Our craft evenings are a great way to explore your creative abilities. There is a £3 entrance fee, which covers the cost of the craft materials, and you get to take home anything you make!
Craft Evenings
This group is great because you can try new activities with familiar faces. Some activities you may have done before but would like to do again. Activities include karaoke, pizza making, outdoor picnic, film night etc.
